FAN ENGAGEMENT 2025/26
The JAECOO PWR's mission is to grow the league and support the growth of women's rugby as a whole, whilst also ensuring that our fans feel like their voice is heard and valued. The League has such a diverse and passionate fanbase, and the intention of our ongoing Fan Engagement Strategy is to make sure they remain part of the journey at such a pivotal time for the sport.
As a part of this, the league implemented an official JAECOO PWR Fan Forum in the 2025/26 seasons, which allowed fans direct access to League leadership to share their thoughts and concerns. Details on the JAECOO PWR Fan Forum are contained within the Fan Engagement Report document.
After a record-breaking season, the League has published below the following documents to update fans on their ongoing efforts to grow the league in as fan-centric a way as possible:
- JAECOO PWR 2025/26 Fan Engagement Report
- JAECOO PWR 2025/26 Fan Forum Summary
- Official JAECOO PWR 2025/26 Fan Survey Summary
- JAECOO PWR 2026 Final Fan Experience Score (as audited by FanFare Sports)

"Launching the Fan Engagement Plan before the start of the 2025/26 season was an important milestone for our league, and I am pleased to honour the commitment from that plan to publish a full, transparent report into the work we’ve done over the past 12 months.
Our Fan Forum has got off to a brilliant start, we’ve had evidence of wonderful matchday experiences across the country and we have this year been able to launch the official JAECOO PWR app - enhancing our ability to engage digitally with fans throughout the year.
There is plenty more to be done in the coming years, but I am pleased with how far we’ve come and look forward to working with Gemma and Fanfare Sport again next season"

I'm excited to hear your feedback
"This has been our third season working with PWR and it’s been really encouraging to see not just the improvement across the league but also the desire to continually raise standards, and improve the fan experience. All nine of the PWR clubs have completely bought into what we’re trying to do and I am excited to see where we can go in 2026/27.
It has been a privilege to chair the PWR Fan Forum, and I think that direct, unfiltered access to fan feedback has been really useful for me and PWR, as we continue to listen, learn, and consider how we develop our strategy for next season.
Ultimately, this season has been about giving fans a voice and putting them closer to the centre of the decision-making process at PWR. There is always more to be done but I am thrilled with how this past season has gone."
