As the PWR returns from a week's break, Philippa Tuttiett and Nick Heath are back to look ahead to Round 7.  In this episode we'll hear from Quins' Sarah Bonar, Saracens boss Alex Austerberry and England captain Marlie Packer tells us who should win the World Rugby POTY gong. We hear from Sale Sharks' Bea Rigoni on this week's One Question and as usual, PT picks her Power Play from the last round.

In this episode, Nick and Philippa review PWR Round 4 and look ahead to Round 5. They chat with Chiefs head coach Susie Appleby on the top of the table clash with Saracens at Sandy Park, which is live on YouTube.

Philippa discovers how the stats do lie when it comes to Lightning's result against Quins and she grills Nick on the latest on all those rumours around global rugby about Ilona Maher and her possible move to PWR. They've answered some questions from you, and our Power Pals and Philippa picks her Power Play of the Week.

Episode Four

It's another bumper episode of The Power Pod as Philippa and Nick welcome guests Liv McGoverne from Exeter Chiefs, Saracens' Sydney Gregson and coach Mouritz Botha. We also hear from 'Millie Whizz' as the Bristol winger Millie David grabbed a brace of tries last weekend and Gloucester Hartpury head coach Sean Lynn looks forward to the Circus heading to the StoneX.

Most importantly, we hear the best examination from Zainab Alema as to who would win in a fight - a bear or a tiger.

Episode 3 of The Power Pod is out as Philippa and Nick cover Round 2 of the PWR which saw three teams score over 50 points as 41 tries rained in over the weekend.

We hear reaction from an unimpressed Nathan Smith at Loughborough, a frustrated Ross Chisholm at Quins and Saracens’ Alex Austerberry reacts to the news that the 2025 PWR Final will be held at their StoneX ground.

Bristol head coach Dave Ward looks ahead to Round 3 where we have two repeats of last season’s semi-finals and we meet our first recorded Power Pals. Plus Rownita Marston-Mulhearn answers One Question and poses a classic of her own.
