EMMA SWORDS RE-SIGNS WITH HARLEQUINS WOMEN
Harlequins Women are pleased to announce that Irish international scrum-half Emma Swords has recommitted to the Club ahead of the 2025/26 season.
Swords returned to Harlequins last season after a year with Trailfinders Women and played a huge role in helping the side return to the PWR knockouts for the first time since 2022, starting in the semi-final against Saracens Women at StoneX Stadium.
A hugely positive influence both on and off the field, Swords is thrilled to be extending her stay in TW2.
“I’m very grateful to be back for another year with Quins, alongside the best group of players and staff anyone could wish for. The club is in such an exciting place and has the ability to compete at the top of the league again this season! Being part of a team where we are able to do something tough each day and have a laugh along the way is something I’m really glad to be part of!”
