EXETER CHIEFS 40 - 19 LOUGHBOROUGH LIGHTNING
Exeter Chiefs' six tries at Sandy Park proved enough to secure a sixth-successive win and extend their lead at the top of the PWR standings.
Dorothy Wall scored Chiefs' first try of the game before Sabrina Poulin raced over the line to make it two in 10 minutes.
Lightning struck back through Laura Keates before Alex Tessier registered the hosts' third score, with the bonus-point score coming courtesy of Hope Rogers as Chiefs entered the break with a 26-7 advantage.
After the restart, a Lightning lineout saw the visitors cede the ball and Chiefs swiftly capitalized, with Poulin darting through the Loughborough defence for her second score before the visitors answered back through Krissy Scurfield's runaway try.
After Ebony Jefferies found her way over the line to extend the hosts' lead, the last score of the game saw Lightning replacement hooker Kathryn Treder get a third for the visitors, though it would not be enough to bridge the distance between the sides.
Exeter Chiefs:
Tries - Wall, Poulin (2), Tessier, Rogers, Jefferies
Loughborough Lightning:
